My first appointment was a really great experience. Everyone was really nice which made the whole process a little easier. Every step of the process was explained and was open for any questions that I had. I am pleased with my treatment plan and very excited to get my new teeth.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental, thanks to Madalyn, the dental hygienist. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. She explained everything clearly and was very gentle during the cleaning. I truly appreciate her excellent care and highly recommend her

Staff was super nice. From the front staff to all the assistants and the dentist. Lots of smiles and very informative. The office manager was great walked me through the start to end of appointment making sure my concerns were taking care of. Can’t wait to have my smile back.

NEXT. Not ok. Scheduled an appointment and took time off to be there, on time. Showed up and they couldn’t “squeeze” me in. KieKei with the short purple hair at the front desk was argumentative and rude. There’s no other office who demands you give a verbal confirmation of your appointment prior to showing up. I also never received a notification that my appointment will be cancelled. Ive been here previously with no concerns. Talk to me like you have some professional sense and respect for other people. thank you. Just cancelled all family members appointments.

It’s not easy going in the chair at any dentist especially when you need 2 really bad teeth pulled right next to each other. I didn’t expect to get it all taken care of same day with exam but they were ready and willing and I must say the beautiful ladies working here are very professional and they talked me all the way thru it while I was extremely agitated and they finished the job. Very understanding and also confident in their task. I wanted to man-cry, I think I did a little bit but I was very happy when I left. Thanks again! You are all awesome there!
